Yes. The Free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. It includes 1 server, 3 heartbeats, and 5 days of data retention. All paid plans also include a 14-day free trial so you can explore the full feature set before committing.
When you reach a resource limit (servers, heartbeats, team members), you will not be able to add new resources of that type until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Existing resources will continue to be monitored without interruption. We will notify you when you approach your limits so you can plan ahead.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Annual billing is available on all paid plans and includes a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Contact our sales team for annual pricing on the Enterprise plan.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges on any plan. You pay the listed monthly or annual price and nothing more. Enterprise customers receive custom onboarding assistance at no additional cost.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms. All prices are listed in USD.

Data retention determines how long metrics, logs, and incident data are stored and accessible in the platform. The Free plan retains data for 5 days, Starter for 30 days, Pro for 90 days, and Enterprise for 365 days. When data exceeds your retention window, it is permanently deleted. If you need longer retention, consider upgrading your plan or contact us for custom options.
